**🚀 Affiliate Manager (Middle/Senior) – iGaming

📍 Warsaw, Poland | Full-time | Relocation support provided**

We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Manager to drive partner acquisition and scale affiliate performance across Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets. This role focuses on building strong partnerships, optimizing traffic sources, and delivering sustainable growth within the iGaming vertical.

Your key responsibilities:

• Find, onboard, and activate new affiliate partners using CPA, Revenue Share, and hybrid models
• Lead commercial negotiations and define partnership terms that benefit both sides
• Manage affiliate budgets, including commissions and payouts
• Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize for maximum ROI
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, commission calculations, and payments
• Maintain daily communication with affiliates to support their growth and strengthen long-term relationships
• Work closely with marketing, creative, and development teams to improve acquisition strategies
• Represent the company at industry events
• Contribute to affiliate communications, including newsletters and promotional materials

What you bring to the table:

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate management within the iGaming or gambling industry
• Proven experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets
• Strong negotiation and sales skills with a results-driven mindset
• Solid understanding of the iGaming ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with mobile measurement platforms such as Appsflyer or Adjust
• Experience promoting both mobile apps and web-based products
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is considered an advantage
