*🎯 Vacancy: CFO — Investment Fund*

*📍 Location: Cyprus*

APERCON is looking for an experienced Chief Finance Officer to join a newly launching international investment fund focused on investments in the iGaming industry.

This is a key role for a finance professional who can build the fund’s financial operations and structure from the ground up — from international structuring and tax efficiency to financial control and management of a diversified portfolio of iGaming assets.

*🌐 Key Requirements:*

• 7+ years of senior-level experience in finance, investment management, private equity, venture capital, or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of international corporate and financial structuring across multiple jurisdictions.
• Practical expertise in tax optimization, cross-border transactions and international capital flows.
• Experience building and managing financial operations for investment funds, holding companies or multi-entity businesses.
• Strong understanding of portfolio and asset management, including businesses with different ownership and equity participation structures.
• Experience establishing financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management, controls and performance monitoring across portfolio companies.
• Experience working with legal, tax, banking, compliance and external advisory teams across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of investment economics, financial risks and capital allocation.
• Experience in iGaming, fintech, private equity, venture capital or other high-risk / investment-driven industries is a strong advantage.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach — someone who can build the finance function, not simply manage an existing one.

*💼 The Role:*

You will work closely with the fund’s founders and investment team, taking responsibility for the financial architecture of the fund and its portfolio.
