🚀 We’re hiring a DevOps Team Lead

We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Team Lead to join our R&D team in Warsaw and take ownership of infrastructure architecture and DevOps strategy across our platform

💡 What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor the DevOps team, setting technical standards and best practices

• Design and evolve infrastructure architecture across R&D, staging, and production

• Build and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available systems

• Drive CI/CD strategy and automation across multiple projects

• Optimize reliability, performance, and cloud costs in GCP

• Lead incident response and improve operational resilience

• Work closely with Engineering, Security, and Product teams on infrastructure initiatives

• Standardize monitoring, automation, and DevOps processes across the company

🛠 Tech stack:

Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD (Jenkins / GitLab CI), Linux (CentOS / RedHat), GCP

🎯 What we expect:

• 5+ years of DevOps / Infrastructure experience

• Experience leading or mentoring engineers

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and build automation (Gradle or similar)

• Solid Linux administration experience

• Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python)

• Deep understanding of containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)

• Hands-on experience with GCP

• Intermediate+ English
