**IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

*🌸*Manage full project lifecycle: from planning and kickoff to delivery and closure.

*🌸*Align project goals with business and tech teams, and make sure everyone’s on the same page.

*🌸*Organize day-to-day work in the team: task tracking, prioritization, and follow-ups.

*🌸*Maintain project documentation: roadmaps, status updates, risk logs, etc.

*🌸*Run regular syncs and planning sessions with developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders.

*🌸*Track progress, identify blockers early, and adjust plans as needed.

*🌸*Communicate clearly with all sides — keeping stakeholders up to date on status, risks, and changes.

*🌸*Contribute to improving PM processes and tools inside the PMO.

Requirements:

*💦*3+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects.

*💦*Comfortable juggling several projects and working with distributed teams.

*💦*Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile (Scrum, Kanban).

*💦*Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

*💦*Strong communication skills, able to explain technical things in plain language.

*💦Fluent in English and Russian* — both written and spoken (B2+ or higher).

*💦*Well-organized, detail-oriented, and good at keeping things on track.

*💦*Able to handle deadlines, resolve conflicts, and keep the team aligned.
