💼 Position: Middle / Senior DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to join an engineering team focused on cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD reliability, and production operations for enterprise software products. This is a backfill role for someone who enjoys improving environments, solving infrastructure challenges, and working closely with development teams to ensure stable and scalable delivery.

🚀 Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational tooling

• Support development teams with CI/CD, environment setup, release automation, and infrastructure troubleshooting

• Investigate production and pre-production issues, identify root causes, and implement reliable fixes

• Improve automation, observability, security, and reliability across engineering environments

• Collaborate with developers, QA, and client-side stakeholders on delivery and operational needs

• Document infrastructure changes, operational procedures, and automation workflows

✅ Requirements:

• Strong commercial experience as a DevOps, Infrastructure, SRE, or Cloud Engineer

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure

• Experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines

• Good understanding of containerization, infrastructure automation, and deployment practices

• Experience with scripting and automation using Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar tools

• Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, application delivery, networking, and production environments

• Understanding of monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational reliability practices

• Upper-Intermediate English and strong communication skills in distributed teams

➕ Nice to have:

• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools

• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD platforms

• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS products or multi-team engineering environments

• Knowledge of cost optimization, security hardening, and production incident response
