Oracle BRM Project Manager

Rate is up to 450 euro gross daily

b2b contract, full-time, long termed project

Location of the candidate – EU (the travelling (one time) to Amsterdam will be required for onboarding and meetings with the client for at least 2 weeks to spend)

We are looking for an experienced Oracle BRM Project Manager with strong telecommunications industry expertise to lead and coordinate large-scale billing and BSS platform initiatives within a complex international environment.

This role is focused specifically on Oracle BRM and telecom billing ecosystems and is not related to Oracle ERP projects.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing Oracle BRM implementation, migration, integration, or transformation projects while working closely with cross-functional technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and telecom operations teams.

This position requires a combination of strong project delivery capabilities, telecom domain expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and highly technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle BRM and telecom billing-related projects

Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, product, architecture, and business stakeholders

Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, budgets, and deliverables

Drive implementation and integration activities across telecom BSS/OSS platforms

Work closely with billing, mediation, charging, rating, invoicing, and revenue management teams

Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions

Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Monitor project progress and provide regular status reporting to leadership teams

Coordinate external vendors, implementation partners, and third-party providers

Support process improvements, operational optimization, and platform scalability initiatives

Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed timelines, quality standards, and business expectations

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within telecommunications environments

Mandatory experience managing Oracle BRM-related projects - MUST!!!

Strong understanding of telecom billing ecosystems and BSS/OSS platforms

Experience with telecom products and processes such as subscription billing, charging, mediation, rating, invoicing, or revenue management

Proven experience managing complex technical delivery projects with multiple stakeholders

Experience working with distributed technical teams and international environments

Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies

B2 English

Nice to Have

Experience with Oracle telecom products such as Oracle ECE, PDC, OSM, or UIM

Experience within MVNO/MVNE or mobile operator environments

Exposure to API integrations and cloud-based telecom platforms

PMP, Prince2, Scrum, Agile, or similar certifications

Experience working in large-scale telecom transformation programs
