\* A strong enthusiasm for AI tools in design - you are curious and experimental with them, eager to learn, and comfortable using tools for rapid prototyping.

\* A willingness to show us your "messy" Figma files, work-in-progress, and how you gather inspiration and benchmark.

\* Focus on “shipping” capabilities that bring value to customers early and often.

Bonus points if you also:

\* Have experience improving user flows in complex domains with a large user and data event base.

\* Have experience working closely with, or contributing to, comprehensive design systems.

AI NATIVENESS AT HOXHUNT

At Hoxhunt, we use AI as a powerful multiplier across engineering and design, allowing our product teams to solve complex problems faster and with greater focus.

In practice, that means:

\* AI removes the busywork. We use AI tools to unblock early thinking, generate boilerplate, and explore options rapidly. This frees up our designers and engineers to spend their time on high-level judgment and critical product decisions.

\* We build with agentic workflows. Rather than writing every line of code by hand, our engineering teams are designing and optimizing harnesses that allow teams of AI agents to work in parallel.

\* The path from idea to production is shorter. By integrating AI into our daily routines, we reduce handoffs, minimize rewriting, and create a better, faster flow from concept to deployment.

\* We think in systems and feedback loops. AI outputs only matter if they fit our established design systems and architecture. We use AI to continuously iterate and improve the development process itself.

\* We build for reality, not best-case scenarios. Because our platform deals with real cyber threats, AI makes questions of trust, security, failure, and edge cases more important, not less.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll be the design owner in one of our six product teams - small, focused, and built for real ownership. Here designers, engineers, and product managers work side by side, shaping not just what we build, but how we build it.

We care deeply about craft and collaboration. You’ll partner with engineers and security experts who are curious, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. People here don’t wait for perfect briefs - they explore, challenge, and iterate together.

We’re product-first and AI-positive, using AI to amplify creativity and speed up the path from idea to impact. As a designer, you’ll have the space to think deeply, move fast, and influence decisions, while being supported by a team that genuinely values design as a core part of the product.
