**Требования

We’re looking for someone who has:**

• 5+ years of experience in software development, building scalable systems.
• Strong CS fundamentals (deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, networks, system design)
• Solid understanding of distributed systems with a focus on availability, reliability, and performance.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, AWS.
• A track record of delivering high-quality systems and products.
• Attention to detail, with an eye for long-term maintainability.
• Strong communication and leadership skills — with the ability to mentor and guide others.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• English: C1 or higher (working proficiency)

We’re working with a tech company building next-generation 3D experiences powered by computer vision. They’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help design, build, and scale core systems while shaping engineering culture.

Type of work: FTE (40h per week), remote

The role involves:

• Building and scaling backend systems, APIs, and ETL pipelines for high-performance 3D applications.
• Working closely with product, ML engineers, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
• Taking ownership of core systems across development, deployment, operation, and continuous improvement.
• Leading through architectural reviews, system design discussions, and engineering best practices.
• Supporting teammates through mentorship and contributing to hiring.
• Collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver results.
