ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to own and evolve our marketing website: product pages, pricing, jobs, contact flows, and our blog/content platform. You’ll work closely with Marketing (landing pages, content updates, experiments) and with Design & Engineering (design system adoption, interactive product demos, API-driven experiences). You’ll be responsible for craft and consistency: pixel-accurate UI from Figma, responsive layouts that look great on all devices, and a strong standard for accessibility. You’ll also own website quality metrics: performance (Core Web Vitals), SEO fundamentals, and reliable analytics instrumentation for key funnels.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

\* Evolve the website UI using our design system (tokens, typography, spacing, color, components, patterns).

\* Build reusable, documented primitives and page-level patterns that keep the site consistent and fast to iterate on.

\* Deliver pixel-perfect implementations from Figma with strong responsive behavior across devices.

\* Ship new landing pages and continuously improve existing pages (copy/layout iterations, visual polish, conversion improvements).

\* Partner with Marketing to support campaigns, product launches, and ongoing content updates without sacrificing code quality.

\* Own Core Web Vitals outcomes (LCP/INP/CLS): measure, debug, and improve using real metrics - not guesses.

\* Ensure strong fundamentals: semantic HTML, metadata, structured content, and accessible interactions.

\* Implement reliable tracking for key funnels (pricing → signup/contact, jobs → apply, blog → engagement).

\* Maintain a clean analytics setup (e.g., GA4 / GTM), working with cookie consent and privacy requirements.

\* Build interactive product experiences: calculators, comparisons, guided demos, and API-driven UI on the marketing site.

\* Work comfortably with backend engineers and APIs: contracts, error handling, and “non-happy path” UX.

YOUR KEY COMPETENCIES

\* Strong senior experience (5+ years) building production frontends with excellent HTML/CSS/TypeScript fundamentals.

\* CSS mastery: responsive layouts, modern styling approaches, and the ability to implement design details precisely.

\* Proven experience applying or building a design system (tokens + components + usage rules) and understanding why it matters.

\* Experience with performance work: profiling, bundle strategy, image/font optimization, caching, and CWV improvements.

\* Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing/Design and drive initiatives proactively.

NICE TO HAVE

\* Hands-on experience with Astro (or similar SSG/SSR frameworks like Next.js, Remix, SvelteKit, Nuxt).

\* Experience with analytics instrumentation (GA4, GTM), funnel measurement, and event design that stays stable over time.

\* Experience with micro-interactions/micro-animations (subtle, high-quality motion that doesn’t hurt performance).

\* Familiarity with SEO tooling and content platforms (MDX/Markdown, headless CMS, content pipelines).
