Senior Product Designer—Own the Design of Central Asia's Health Intelligence Platform

Type: Full-time | Office, Tashkent

Experience: 5+ years commercial

Salary: 20,000,000 – 25,000,000 UZS/month

Languages: Uzbek (required) · Russian & English (strongly preferred)

YALPIZ is a health coaching platform and ecosystem built around data—nutrition, fitness, sleep.

You'd be our first design hire, and you'd own all of it.

Responsibilities:

—Own product design end to end—mobile and web, flows and systems

—Build the design system from zero and keep it honest

—Run your own research: interviews, session recordings, support tickets

—Define the events you need, read the funnel, prove your design worked

—Work directly with the founder. No PM, no tickets, no translation layer

—Brand and product surfaces: app icons, store assets, motion

Requirements:

—5+ years commercial product design—shipped, not case studies

—At least 2 consumer mobile products live in the App Store or Google Play

—Figma at a professional level: components, variants, tokens, libraries. You've built a system from zero

—iOS HIG and Material Design—you know when to follow them and when not to

—React Native constraints. You don't need to write it; you need to know what's cheap and what costs three weeks

—Product analytics—PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel. Any of them

—Ability to work fast and iterate without heavy processes

—Self-motivated, team-oriented, startup-minded

—You decide, then defend it with evidence. Taste is an argument, not a trump card

—You push back on the founder. That's the job, not a risk

What You'll Get:

—Ownership of all product and brand design

—Equity participation—instrument, vesting and cliff defined in writing before you sign. We won't move the terms after

—Path to Design Lead, then Head of Design. This role does not start there. It becomes that when you've shipped work that held and there's a team to lead. The conditions are written down before you sign
