WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

In this role you're building Hoxhunt's new product, helping organizations to see, understand, and act on human risks.

Your mission is to make those insights clear and actionable. You’ll focus on admin and the end-user experience, adding new features and improving the parts that matter most - data visualizations, user flows, and the automation builder.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN AND DRIVE

Together with the team, own and ship the UX end-to-end - from customer problem to solution ideas, architecture and implementation.

Lead frontend architecture of our new product and evolve the design system. Implement API/schema changes when it unblocks the work. Tech stack: TypeScript/Node.js, AlloyDB, GraphQL, React.

Decide what to build by understanding the user problem and the business impact. Evaluate tradeoffs and use real data to iterate.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

In the first 90 days, you've shipped meaningful features end-to-end and you're influencing product and technical decisions.

By month six, you own the frontend architecture and the product UX. Your judgment, alongside customer feedback, shapes the roadmap.

WHAT MAKES YOU THRIVE HERE

You’ve led the frontend development across multiple projects, probably with 5+ years of experience, but we care more about what you've built than the years.

Having expertise in React and TypeScript, you’re strong on frontend architecture, accessibility, and performance. You produce world-class UX with our designer.

Genuinely care about the product and its users. Under ambiguity, you’ll collaborate with the whole team to figure out the right things rather than wait for a spec.

Experience with AI coding tools, or you're interested in building the setup that makes them effective for you.

Bonus points if you also have:

\* Figma fluency; design system / component library experience.

\* Complex data UX, data viz, or motion/micro-interactions.

\* Comfortable going full-stack when needed (GraphQL, backend integration)

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will be joining a small, mission-driven, and highly autonomous product team: six engineers, one designer, one PM.

We own our new product end-to-end. We want ship fast in small increments: something a customer can use now, then iterate.

\* Compensation: The monthly salary is between €6,000-7,500/month depending on your on experience. You may notice varying salary ranges for roles with similar titles across Hoxhunt; this is because each range is grounded in our role leveling and reflects the seniority, scope, and impact expectations required for that specific role and team, and we operate with a low hierarchy.

\* Working ways: We work in a flexible, but hybrid work setting. You are expected to visit the Helsinki office weekly.
