The Role

We are looking for a passionate senior technologist with extensive software engineering experience within high-frequency trading (HFT) firms in the crypto space. In this role, you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to heavily influence the expansion of our global trading footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management and core developers to refine and optimize our best-in-class, ultra-low-latency trading system.

• Improve our framework to develop, backtest, and deploy sophisticated new trading strategies.

• Scale and maintain robust market connectivity across major crypto asset exchanges.

• Provide high-level technical support and performance monitoring for the production trading infrastructure.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Core Tech Stack: C++23, STL, Linux, WebSockets, and REST APIs.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years building or working on automated low-latency trading systems (including direct exchange order entry and market data feed handlers).

• Networking & Systems: Deep understanding of distributed systems and networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP multicast, kernel bypass/solarflare, application-level protocol development).

• Low-Latency Architecture: Mastery of low-latency software techniques (cache-aware data structures, lock-free programming, custom memory management).

• Domain Knowledge: Thorough understanding of crypto market microstructure (matching engines, exchange gateways, and order management systems).

• Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with AWS. A strong understanding of load balancing

is a plus.

• Education: BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Communication: Sufficient command of English to collaborate effectively in a fully remote, globally distributed environment.
