About the Role:
A fast-growing affiliate media buying team is looking for an experienced SMM Specialist to manage and grow the company’s social media presence. The team has been successfully operating in the market for more than 2.5 years and currently includes 40+ professionals. The company works as a classic affiliate partnership program with a strong focus on scaling, stability, and long-term cooperation with partners in the iGaming niche.
Responsibilities:
\* Develop and implement a content strategy for social media
\* Write posts, edit Reels/short videos, and publish content according to the content plan
\* Manage key social media platforms: Instagram, Telegram, and LinkedIn
\* Create technical tasks (briefs) for designers for creative materials
\* Organize and manage UGC content: shooting and writing scripts for videos
Requirements:
\* Experience in Affiliate Marketing / iGaming and understanding of the niche and key metrics
\* 1+ year of experience in SMM
\* Skills in fast video editing and working with different AI tools
\* Experience in building and implementing content strategies
\* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
