across the USA and Ethiopia, and are the 5th largest multi-currency mining company in the world.

Our proprietary Alpha Engine™ AI mines whichever coin is most profitable at any given moment, automatically

converts all earnings to Bitcoin, and pays out to participants every 8 hours — three times a day, every day.

Participants own real hashrate — tradeable on our open marketplace like a stock.

Who we're looking for and what you'll be doing (5 Bullet points max):

The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, self-driven Social Media & PR Specialist to own HashNet’s online presence, lead

community engagement, and manage our public relations narrative. This is a high-impact, highly visible role —

HashNet is an established company with 4 years of proven operations, but you will be building the retail arm from

scratch, working directly with leadership with real creative autonomy to shape something that doesn’t exist yet.

Responsibilities

Social Media & Community

• Manage and grow HashNet's presence across X and Telegram, with plans to expand to additional

platforms.

• Build and moderate community spaces — keeping members engaged, informed, and aligned with

HashNet's mission.

• Develop a content calendar and publishing cadence tailored to each platform.

• Monitor trends, competitor activity, and sentiment; surface insights to leadership regularly.

Presentations & Biz Dev

Preferred but not required. Exceptional candidates without this skill are still encouraged to apply —

we are open to hiring separately for this function.

• Present HashNet's model to prospects, partners, and community members via

Design

• Create graphics, banners, infographics, and story-format content aligned with HashNet's brand.

• Maintain visual consistency across all outputs and support production of promotional materials.

Public Relations

• Build relationships with crypto/Web3 media, newsletters, and influencers.

• Draft press releases, announcements, and thought leadership content.

• Identify and secure podcast appearances, media placements, and partnership announcements.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

• Proven social media management experience — familiarity with X and Telegram is a plus.

• Strong copywriting skills across platform formats.

• Working knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, or equivalent).

• PR experience — press releases, media pitching, or securing coverage.

• Fluent in professional English. Self-starter mentality.

Nice-to-Have

• Background in crypto, DeFi, or financial services.

• Existing network in crypto media or influencer space.

• Confident presenter comfortable with online audiences — strongly preferred; candidates with this skill will

stand out.
