\* Hands-on experience using tools like PLM, ERP, MES or document management systems (e.g., Arena, Windchill, Teamcenter, SAP).

\* Ability to communicate technical and process-related information clearly across diverse teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations, and to support alignment in a cross-functional environment.

\* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

\* Fluent in English.

Nice to haves:

\* Exposure to the aerospace, defense, or automotive manufacturing industries.

\* Basic awareness of configuration management standards (e.g., ECSS-M-ST-40, EIA-649) or willingness to learn.

\* Familiarity with algorithm development and AI tools for creating automations and tools for day-to-day tasks.

\* Familiarity with software version control tools (e.g., Git, Jira) or software development lifecycles.

\* Experience in drafting technical documentation or standard operating procedures (SOPs).

\* Experience in a manufacturing scale-up or transition environment.

Base salary range for this position is dependent on experience, and will be negotiated individually.
