ABOUT HORMONA

Hormona is a fast-growing women's health startup on a mission to revolutionize female health. Through our award-winning app and world-first rapid hormone test, we help women understand their hormones in real time and take control of their energy, mood, sleep, and performance.

We're building one of the most engaging women's health brands on TikTok, turning hormone science into content people actually want to watch, share, and save.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a creative, trend-obsessed TikTok Content Intern who lives and breathes TikTok.

You know what's trending before everyone else, instinctively understand what makes people stop scrolling, and love creating content that feels native to the platform. You'll help us grow Hormona's TikTok by transforming complex hormone science into relatable, educational, and entertaining videos that reach millions of women.

This is a hands-on opportunity to own content from idea to publication, experiment with new formats, and learn how a high-growth startup builds an audience organically.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

\* Spot emerging TikTok trends, sounds, creators, and viral formats.

\* Brainstorm and pitch fresh content ideas every week.

\* Script, film, and edit TikTok videos that educate and entertain.

\* Create compelling hooks that capture attention in the first few seconds.

\* Turn hormone science into relatable, shareable storytelling.

\* Experiment with different formats, styles, and trends to find what performs best.

\* Analyse TikTok performance and use insights to improve future content.

\* Stay on top of platform updates and help keep Hormona ahead of trends.

WHO YOU ARE

You're a student or recent graduate in marketing, media, communications, or a related field—or simply someone who spends way too much time on TikTok.

You genuinely love the platform and understand TikTok culture, trends, humour, and storytelling. You know what makes people stop scrolling and what makes them share a video with friends.

You are:

\* TikTok-obsessed and constantly discovering new creators and trends.

\* Creative, proactive, and full of content ideas.

\* Comfortable filming yourself or others on camera.

\* Confident editing videos using CapCut and TikTok's native editing tools.

\* Curious about women's health and excited to make science accessible.

\* Fluent in written and spoken English (Swedish is a bonus).

Experience isn't the most important thing—we care more about creativity, initiative, and a strong instinct for great TikTok content.
