About the Galaxy Summer Internship Program:

The Galaxy NYC Summer Internship Program is an immersive and exciting, nine-week experience taking place on-site in our New York HQ office. During the nine weeks, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on, practical work experience on our Product team. In addition to learning on the job, Galaxy interns participate in professional development programming, fun social events, and networking opportunities with senior leaders.

Program Dates: June 8th – August 7th, 2026

What You’ll Do:

• Contribute to real product initiatives across the full development lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and drafting PRDs to supporting launch and post-launch iteration.
• Prototype and define product concepts by mapping user journeys, evaluating design tradeoffs, and shaping ideas before formal development begins.
• Develop subject matter expertise in areas like trading infrastructure, blockchain systems, or developer-facing products, with the opportunity to work on initiatives such as Galaxy's API product suite.
• Use AI tools to accelerate product workflows, including prototyping flows, synthesizing research, and producing clear internal documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Structured thinker with the ability to break down complex problems and communicate solutions clearly
• Curious about how platforms, APIs, trading infrastructure, or blockchain systems work
• Strong communicator, able to write clearly, organize ideas, and present structured thinking
• Self-directed with an ownership mindset and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• AI-curious mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools to support productivity and product workflows

Eligibility Requirements:

• Undergraduate or master’s students graduating between December 2026 and June 2027
• Eligible master’s students must have fewer than two years of relevant, full-time work experience
• Students enrolled in PhD, MBA, or JD programs are not eligible to apply.

Interns are classified as non-exempt employees and will be paid a rate of $55/hr.
