Echodyne is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Accountant to join our fast-growing team.
### Echodyne is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Accountant to join our accounting team. This role will primarily support the Accounts Payable (A/P) function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and timeliness
- Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices; resolve discrepancies
- Review and verify vendor statements, respond to inquiries, and reconcile accounts
- Ensure proper coding and approval of invoices and expenses
- Support other accounting tasks as assigned
- Support year-end 1099 preparation and vendor reporting
- Assist with the implementation of automation tools and ERP enhancements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1+ years of accounting experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

WHAT WE OFFER The pay range for this position is $59,946 - $90,228 annually.
