Role:

Our Lethbridge facility is seeking an Administrative Clerk on a part-time basis, who will support the administrative needs of the plant. This will be an one year contract.

Shift: 10:00AM – 6:00PM Tuesday / Thursday

Responsibilities

• Track, maintain, and report on KPIs for facility operations to support performance monitoring and decision-making
• Manage and clear backlog reports, ensuring records are up to date and accurately maintained.
• Create and organize employee files for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Provide support with invoicing processes as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Other duties, including photocopying, filing and preparing documents for distribution.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers and stakeholders

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications and strong computer skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to cover other shifts as needed
