\* An AI native mindset with experience or strong interest in building software using agent based systems

WHO YOU’LL WORK AND LEARN WITH

You will be joining one of our six specialized product teams in a highly collaborative and supportive group that values autonomy alongside cross-functional teamwork. We embrace a product-first and AI-positive mindset, seeing AI as a tool to enhance our creativity and efficiency. You will work alongside engineers and security operators who take initiative, thrive in ambiguity, and are just as passionate about refining how the team works together as they are about what they build.

\* Compensation: Monthly salary of €5000-6500 depending on your experience.

\* Working ways: We work in a flexible, but hybrid work setting. You are expected to visit the Helsinki office weekly.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

1. Interview with Talent Acquisition (30 min, remote).
2. Interview with the Hiring Manager (60 min, remote).
3. Technical Assignment and Panel Interview with your future team members.
4. Reference checks and final offer.
