About the Role

We are looking for an AI Product Manager who wants to build intelligent automation into a real, complex operational product. At Workwize, we help companies set up, manage, repair, retrieve, and store IT equipment for distributed teams across 100+ countries. That means lots of workflows, lots of edge cases, and a massive opportunity to use AI to eliminate manual work for IT managers.

In this role, you will own the product vision for how AI agents and automation transform our platform. You will work hands-on with AI tooling to design, build, and continuously improve agents that handle complex operational workflows. This is not a strategy-only role. You will be in the details, working with tools like LangSmith to trace agent behavior, evaluate outputs, and systematically make our AI features more reliable and effective.

What You Will Do

Strategy & Product Vision • Own the AI roadmap and identify where AI can automate and improve operational workflows across the Workwize platform. • Track relevant advances in AI agents and automation, and turn them into clear product bets.

Build, Ship, Improve • Partner with Engineering to design and ship AI-powered features into production. • Define agent behavior (workflows, prompts, guardrails) and handle real-world edge cases across customers and regions. • Own production quality: monitor performance, investigate failures, and improve reliability over time. • Set up evaluation and feedback loops, and track KPIs such as time saved, accuracy, adoption, and customer satisfaction.

Collaboration • Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success to understand workflows, align priorities, and deliver outcomes. • Run ongoing discovery: talk to internal teams and customers, validate ideas quickly, and iterate based on results. • Communicate plans, progress, and results clearly to leadership and the wider team.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, with hands-on experience working on AI/ML-powered products or features in the past years.
• Practical experience with AI/LLM tooling such as LangSmith, LangChain, or similar platforms for building, evaluating, and improving AI agents.
• Strong understanding of how LLMs, AI agents, and prompt engineering work at a product level. You do not need to train models, but you need to understand how to make agents work well and get better over time.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features to production and iterating on them based on real usage data and evaluation results.
• Solid product judgment. You consistently simplify complexity and make good tradeoffs.
• Data-driven decision maker. You are comfortable owning KPIs and using analytics to guide priorities.
• High-ownership operator. You take initiative, unblock teams, and do not wait around for permission.
• Excellent communicator who can translate between technical and business audiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience with operational or logistics-heavy products where automation has a direct impact on efficiency.
• Familiarity with agent design patterns, multi-step workflows, and techniques for improving agent reliability.
• Experience in IT asset management, HR tech, or distributed workforce tooling.
• Comfort with prototyping tools or low-code platforms to quickly test AI concepts.
