AI Trainer - Advanced Dutch Fluency

*The role*

We are seeking fluent Dutch (Netherlands) speakers to participate in a high-impact AI training initiative. Unlike standard data entry, this role focuses on live human-to-human connection.

You’ll be paired with another participant to engage in natural, flowing conversations, which will help train the next generation of conversational AI. This is a short-term "sprint" project with high availability requirements.

*What you’ll bring*

• Collaborative learning: Help the AI understand the nuances, slang, and cultural context of Dutch from the Netherlands, through real-world interaction.
• Technical readiness: A willingness to complete a paid TestGorilla language assessment and a dialect verification check.
• Availability: Ability to commit to 30–60 minute blocks of uninterrupted conversation during the 3-week project window.
• A reliable and fast internet connection and access to a computer
• A willingness to self-declare your earnings, as our participants are self-employed
• A Paypal account to receive payment from our clients

*What you’ll be doing in the role*

• Live pairings: You will be matched with another participant for 1-on-1 verbal or text-based exchanges.
• Dialect authenticity: Use your natural Dutch from Netherlands dialect to discuss various topics provided by the researcher.
• Collaborative learning: Help the AI understand the nuances, slang, and cultural context of Dutch from the Netherlands, through real-world interaction.
