What You’ll Do

• Support and maintain database environments across development, testing, and production
• Monitor database performance and assist with optimization initiatives
• Troubleshoot database incidents and implement improvements
• Support database migrations and infrastructure initiatives
• Apply best practices for performance tuning, backup & recovery, and database security
• Contribute to maintaining stable and highly available environments
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues and support operational continuity

What You Bring

• Experience working with SQL Server and Oracle databases
• Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies
• Understanding of performance monitoring and database security
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow

Nice to Have

• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Exposure to cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
• Scripting experience (Shell, PowerShell, Unix)
• Database-related certifications
