Your role:

We are looking for an Atlassian Administrator to manage, configure, and continuously improve our Atlassian ecosystem, with a strong focus on Jira and Confluence. The role combines platform administration, automation, and integrations to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient workflows across the organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Atlassian Platform Administration

• Administer and configure Jira Cloud and Confluence, including workflows, schemes, permissions, custom fields, and spaces.
• Manage users, access, and permissions while ensuring security, compliance, and governance.
• Maintain and enforce Atlassian best practices and platform standards.
• Support day-to-day platform operations and resolve configuration or access issues.

Automation & Scripting

• Develop and maintain automation using Groovy, Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
• Build and support ScriptRunner functionality (listeners, behaviours, validators, post-functions, scheduled jobs).
• Improve and optimize automation logic for reliability and performance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation.

Integrations & APIs

• Design and support integrations between Atlassian tools and external systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods.
• Build cross-platform automations using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, MS Teams).
• Support end-to-end workflow automation across tools.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into platform solutions.
• Document configurations, automations, and integrations.
• Promote best practices and knowledge sharing around Atlassian tools.

Who You Are:

• 4+ years of experience administering Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence).
• Experience with scripting and automation using Groovy, Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of Jira workflows, permissions, automation, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
