What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and contribute to individualized treatment planning
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs for mentorship, clinical oversight, and case management
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Partner with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Implement and oversee ABA programs across clinic, home, and school settings
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments using our online data platform
What You Bring
- Active BCaBA certification
- Experience in clinic, home, and/or school-based ABA services - preferred (not required)
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Medicaid and Tricare credentialing is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000+ annual compensation, including performance-based bonuses
+ $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid at 3 and 6 months
- $1,500 CEU reimbursement, including conference travel expenses
- Ongoing supervision and mentorship from experienced BCBAs
- Mileage reimbursement for travel between service locations

- 401(k) with company matching
- 15 days of PTO to start, with additional days earned over time
- Paid recertification costs
