Brand Visual Designer

Company: Distributed Crafts

Distributed Crafts works on BOB, a Bitcoin-native project. The Designer will be the creative backbone of the BOB Marketing team, shaping and protecting the visual identity, producing high-volume polished assets and collaborating with product and engineering.

Candidates based in Europe are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the BOB brand and enforce comprehensive brand guidelines
• Design and maintain templates and production-ready assets for social, ads, email, events and decks
• Create motion graphics, animated explainers and short-form social video content
• Collaborate with product and engineering to deliver web assets, landing pages and Figma-ready specs
• Maintain a centralized asset library, conduct brand audits and approve third-party creative
• Experiment with AI tools and build reusable motion elements and animated templates

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years graphic design experience with a portfolio across digital, social, motion and brand
• Experience in fast-paced startup/tech/fintech/crypto environments; proven ownership from brief to delivery
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Strong working knowledge of Figma and demonstrated motion graphics/video editing skills
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Stable Diffusion, Descript or equivalents)
• Strong typographic sensibility, excellent English communication and exceptional organisational skills

Nice to have:

• Ability to code simple landing pages and dashboards
