No dia a dia, você será responsável por:
Estratégia
- Desenvolver e implementar estratégias completas de monetização digital, explorando novas fontes de receita alinhadas aos objetivos dos clientes;
- Identificar e validar novas oportunidades de monetização e revenue streams;
- Traduzir dados de performance em recomendações estratégicas e planos de ação;
- Construir storytelling executivo para apresentações e discussões estratégicas com clientes e parceiros.
Operação
- Implementar, operar e gerenciar o Google Ad Manager (GAM), garantindo a configuração eficiente de ad units, targeting, deal IDs e inventário para maximizar rentabilidade;
- Monitorar e analisar o desempenho de campanhas no GAM, fornecendo insights estratégicos para ajustes e otimizações constantes;
- Testar e implementar melhorias no desempenho da plataforma, alinhando com as melhores práticas do mercado e as necessidades específicas de cada cliente;
- Trabalhar junto a times de produto e tecnologia na integração de soluções de monetização, como header bidding, ad exchanges e soluções programáticas.
Inovação
- Explorar novas soluções e tendências do ecossistema digital que possam impactar a performance e a monetização dos projetos;
- Validar hipóteses e testar novas abordagens de monetização (ex: novos formatos, modelos híbridos, IA aplicada à otimização);
- Antecipar mudanças regulatórias e de mercado que possam impactar performance e receita.
Parceria
- Atuar próximo aos clientes para entender seus objetivos, alinhar estratégias e construir soluções em conjunto ao longo dos projetos.
- Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares (Consulting, Tech, Produto, Dados e parceiros globais);
- Representar a Monks em interações estratégicas com stakeholders internos e externos.
Requisitos e qualificações:
- Experiência anterior com Ad Serving programático (sell-side), com atuação consultiva junto a clientes;
- Experiência prática com Google Ad Manager (GAM);
- Conhecimento do ecossistema programático (header bidding, SSPs, exchanges, deals);
- Experiência em gerenciamento de projetos;
- Forte capacidade analítica e orientação a dados;
- Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;
- Facilidade para resolver problemas de forma ágil e criativa, com mentalidade de construção e colaboração;
- Capacidade de estruturar storytelling para apresentações executivas;
- Perfil colaborativo, proativo e orientado a resultados;
- Facilidade em adotar novas tecnologias, incluindo IA;
- Espanhol intermediário/avançado e Inglês desejável.
Diferenciais:
- Certificações em Google Ad Manager ou Google Marketing Platform;
- Experiência com ferramentas de BI e Analytics como Google Analytics, Tableau ou Looker;
- Conhecimentos em front-end ou back-end (JS e/ou Python) são diferenciais;
- Vivência com novos modelos de monetização, como conteúdo patrocinado, assinaturas ou e-commerce.
