A Polish bank is modernizing its contact center through AI and intelligent automation, delivering both customer-facing self-service capabilities and AI-assisted support for human agents.
What you'll do
The candidate will design, provision, and maintain the cloud infrastructure underpinning the contact center AI platform. Responsibilities include CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, secure API gateways, and observability tooling, all built to meet the security and availability requirements of a regulated banking environment.
What you bring
- 5+ years in cloud infrastructure or DevOps engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider.
- Kubernetes / container orchestration.
- CI/CD pipeline design.
- Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Experience working in regulated, compliance-heavy environments.
- Security hardening: network segmentation, RBAC, secrets management.
- Polish language (spoken and written).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with cloud / on-prem integration patterns.
- Knowledge of EU banking regulations impacting infrastructure.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure (GPU workloads, inference endpoints).
- Experience with observability and monitoring stacks.
- Familiarity with SIEM / security monitoring tools.
