Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering roles.
• Hands-on production experience with Azure and AWS.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub repositories and pipelines.
• Proven support of CI/CD pipelines and build agents on Windows and Linux.
• Solid Windows and Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform preferred).
• Comfortable working in ticket-based/ad-hoc environments.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration ability.
• Experience using AI to improve / automate DevOps workflows.

Nice to Have

• Kubernetes experience (AKS, EKS) and container tooling (Docker, Helm).
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools and artifact registries; familiarity with security best practices and AI-assisted DevOps tools

Responsibilities

• Fulfill ad-hoc DevOps and operational requests supporting new customer onboarding.
• Provision and configure pipelines, repositories, environments, and cloud resources.
• Administer Azure DevOps and GitHub repositories, including branching strategies and secure secrets management.
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures related to infrastructure, dependencies, agents, and permissions.
• Provide operational support across Azure and AWS environments.
• Support environment provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows and Linux systems used for build agents and hosting.
• Monitor pipeline health, participate in incident response, and perform root cause analysis.
• Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and onboarding documentation.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve onboarding velocity and reduce manual effort.
