We are a global, fast-moving payments technology company working to bridge gaps in emerging markets, and we are looking for a Consolidation Accountant  based in Uruguay  to join the Reporting & Consolidation Team, supporting a high-growth business unit.

What will you be doing?

• Support the monthly close process and prepare supporting documentation for the accurate presentation of consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure quarterly and annual closing deadlines are met for SEC reporting (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission).
• Support internal and external audit processes.

What skills do you need?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in multinational companies or Big 4 firms.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple entities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
• General understanding of IFRS and core financial statements, with willingness to deepen technical knowledge as needed.
• Experience with data analysis (e.g., Power BI, Looker) and consolidation tools (e.g., Lucanet) is a plus.
