I am writing to express my strong interest in the Continuous Improvement Engineer position at IEM. With over four years of experience in manufacturing environments and a deep-rooted passion for Lean principles, I have successfully led numerous kaizen events and implemented visual management systems that significantly improved operational flow. My background in engineering, combined with a solid understanding of operational finance, allows me to bridge the gap between technical process improvements and bottom-line business results.

I am eager to bring my expertise in value stream mapping and PDCA problem-solving to your Surrey team. I thrive in hands-on, in-office environments where I can directly coach team members and foster a culture of accountability and data-driven decision-making.
