What You Will Do

• Collect, validate, and upload offline business data on a regular basis to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Design and maintain web event tracking and performance metrics to evaluate product and feature effectiveness.
• Support internal data requests by writing SQL queries and generating basic analytical reports and dashboards.

What We Are Looking For

• Availability for an internship of at least 6 months, committing 3–5 days per week.
• Familiarity with HoYoverse games and interest in the gaming industry.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with or knowledge of web or app analytics and event tracking is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and experiment with AI toolkits (e.g., AI agents) to enhance data analysis and workflow efficiency.

Trainings and guides will be provided.
