AT A GLANCE
RVO Health is looking for a Data Product Manager, to own the full lifecycle of the data product, setting the vision and roadmap in alignment with RVO Health goals. Key responsibilities include leading client engagement for reporting (requirements, deployment, support, and insights), defining and tracking KPIs, and driving continuous improvement based on performance monitoring and feedback. The role requires collaboration with development teams to translate requirements into user stories and cross-functional partnerships to ensure successful product launches and health economic evaluations.
Where You'll Be
To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Minneapolis office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain a clear vision and strategy for the data product, aligning it with business goals and main Product Roadmap, and advocate for data-driven decision-making.
- Own Client Meetings, Coordination and Requirements Gathering for implementation of all client reporting. Supervise the setup and deployment of client reporting.
- Provide client support for all client reporting, including interpretation, analyzation and insights from existing reports, and working with Clients to understand the need for any new reporting solutions
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the data product's success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Product Director, Product Manager, and Program Design to establish monitoring and closed-loop that enables program improvements and drives clear health economics and evaluation of product deployments.
- Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining the features, enhancements, and integrations needed.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, clinicians, and IT teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring they align with user needs and business objectives.
- Work closely with the development team to translate requirements into user stories, manage the product backlog, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer support, and implementation, to ensure successful product launches, effective communication, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years as a Data Product Manager or comparable role, preferably in the healthcare technology industry.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or programming for data analysis.
- Experience in healthcare data analytics tools and practices
- Demonstrated experience in product strategy development, roadmap planning, and requirements gathering.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market research, user feedback, and performance metrics to drive product improvements.
- Familiarity development methodologies and experience working with development teams to deliver software solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

- Starting Salary: $80,000 - $110,000\*
