Who we are looking for

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in animation, storytelling, and design, with a passion for bringing ideas to life through motion graphics. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can create visually compelling content that aligns with our brand and client goals.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute high-quality motion graphics and animations for a variety of digital platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team, including designers, copywriters, and project managers, to understand project goals and deliver outstanding results.
• Translate complex ideas into engaging visuals that tell a story and captivate the audience.
• Edit and refine animations, ensuring smooth transitions, visual consistency, and attention to detail.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate the quality of your work.
• Work within project timelines, managing multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining high standards.

What you’ll need

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer, Animator, or in a similar role (3+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other motion design software.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create both 2D animations and, ideally, basic knowledge of 3D motion graphics.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• A portfolio showcasing your motion design and animation projects.
