AT A GLANCE
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Integrated Marketing to lead the development and execution of cross-channel marketing strategies that drive revenue, strengthen brand positioning, and unlock scalable growth.
This leader will sit at the center of Sales, Product, Creative, Performance, and Brand Marketing to ensure we show up in-market with clarity, differentiation, and measurable impact. The Director will translate enterprise strategy into integrated programs that drive demand, deepen client relationships, and accelerate commercial outcomes.
This role requires equal parts strategic vision, operational rigor, and creative problem solving.
Where You'll Be
To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our New York City office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do
- Integrated Marketing Pre-Sale Strategy
- Develop cohesive, cross-channel marketing strategies across digital, social, content, experiential, and performance channels
- Align enterprise value proposition with market-facing messaging and solution packaging
- Partner with Sales leadership to support revenue goals, new product launches, and priority verticals
- Build scalable frameworks for campaign orchestration across brands and portfolios
- Commercial Enablement & Revenue Acceleration
- Create integrated narratives and marketing materials that support enterprise selling
- Partner with RevOps and Performance teams to measure marketing impact on pipeline, conversion, and retention
- Identify incremental growth opportunities and new market whitespace
- Market Positioning
- Ensure consistent and differentiated messaging across all touchpoints
- Elevate brand perception among key buyers and decision-makers
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead collaboration across Sales, Creative, Product, Data, and Marketing teams
- Drive alignment on priorities, timelines, and accountability
- Build processes that improve clarity, velocity, and execution
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team
What We’re Looking For
- 8 to 12+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, or commercial marketing leadership
- Experience in media, health, consumer, technology, or performance-driven environments
- Proven ability to translate strategy into executable, measurable marketing programs
- Strong commercial acumen and comfort working directly with revenue teams
- Exceptional storytelling skills across executive, client, and internal audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Data-driven mindset with fluency in performance metrics and ROI analysis
- Ability to operate with urgency, clarity, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Starting Salary: $150,000-170,000 (plus bonus potential )
