As a Senior Applied AI Engineer (Forward Deployed, Azure & LLM Systems), you will sit at the intersection of cutting-edge AI research and real-world industrial applications. You won't just be building models in a vacuum; you will be the primary technical architect and execution lead responsible for deploying sophisticated LLM-based systems directly into complex production environments. 

How your day-to-day work will look like: 

✅ Design and optimize VLM prompts for document classification, text extraction, and rule validation tasks.  

✅ Build and run evaluation pipelines to measure accuracy, cost, and latency across model configurations. 

✅ Benchmark new models (Azure OpenAI, others) and recommend upgrades based on quality/cost tradeoffs.  

✅ Implement structured output extraction from LLMs using function calling, JSON mode, and Pydantic-based parsing.  

✅ Maintain and extend a Python service layer (FastAPI, queue-based workers) and a Next.js frontend. 

✅ Build scalable, fault-tolerant AI pipelines using Azure components such as App Services, Blob Storage, and queues. 

✅ Monitor, debug, and resolve production issues across AI and application layers. 

This would make you the ideal candidate: 

✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.  

✨ 5+ Years building production systems with Python & Backend Engineering, focusing on FastAPI, async processing, and APIs. 

✨ 2+ Years working with LLMs in real-world use cases, including Applied AI, Azure OpenAI, prompting, and structured outputs. 

✨ Hands-on experience building and operating Cloud & Distributed Systems, with a focus on Azure, storage, queues, and scalability. 

✨ Experience measuring and improving model performance through Evaluation & Optimization, including metrics, benchmarking, and cost/latency tradeoffs. 

✨ Working knowledge of Frontend development with Next.js and React to support end-to-end projects. 

✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
