Environmental Test Engineer Associate (Summer 2026)
I am writing to express my strong interest in the Environmental Test Engineer Associate position for Summer 2026. With a solid foundation in engineering and a deep passion for space technology, I am eager to contribute to Astranis's mission of expanding humanity’s reach into the solar system. My hands-on experience with hardware development and my commitment to rigorous testing protocols align perfectly with the challenges of preparing satellites for the harsh environment of space.
During my academic career, I have developed a keen eye for detail and a robust understanding of spacecraft systems. I am particularly excited about the opportunity to operate advanced environmental test equipment, such as TVAC chambers and vibration shaker tables, to ensure the reliability of mission-critical hardware. My proficiency in Python for data visualization and equipment interfacing will allow me to contribute immediately to your interdisciplinary team's success.
I am impressed by Astranis's rapid growth and its commitment to giving Associate Engineers meaningful, high-impact projects. I am a U.S. citizen and am fully prepared to work onsite at your San Francisco headquarters. Thank you for considering my application; I look forward to the possibility of discussing how my technical skills and drive can support your upcoming satellite launches.
