What you'll do

We're looking for a Field Verification Analyst. At Clara, trust and transparency are the bedrock of our financial ecosystem. In this role, you will be our "eyes on the ground," playing a critical part in our risk management and credit onboarding process. Your mission is to conduct physical onsite visits to B2B clients to validate their existence, operational capacity, and business conditions. By bridging the gap between digital data and physical reality, you directly contribute to mitigating fraud and strengthening the integrity of our credit monitoring for the entire region.

• Primary Responsibilities:
• Conduct onsite visits to client locations (offices, plants, and commercial premises) across the metropolitan area.
• Validate physical business existence and ensure operational activity aligns with declared data.
• Assess onsite indicators including branding, inventory levels, and operational flow.
• Collect structured evidence through geolocated photography, digital checklists, and brief interviews with key personnel.
• Identify and report red flags such as virtual/shared addresses, operational inconsistencies, or simulated business activities.
• Generate standardized, high-quality verification reports on the same day as the visit to ensure fast turnaround times for our Credit and Compliance teams.
• Collaborate closely with Control Desk, Collections, and Fraud teams to provide contextual insights that data alone cannot capture.
• Utilize Google Drive and internal mobile tools to organize documentation and route planning efficiently.

Who you are

Must haves:

• 2+ years of experience in field verification, onsite auditing, field collections, or logistics.
• Proven execution in roles requiring high observation skills and the ability to make objective judgments under pressure.
• High mobility: Comfort with being in the field 80–90% of the time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to deliver clear, unbiased reports.
• Adaptability to fast-changing environments and shifting schedules.
• Experience or interest in using AI tools to automate workflows and reporting.
• Tech-savviness with mobile apps, GPS tools, and digital forms.

Nice to haves:

• Previous experience in the Fintech, Banking, or SOFOM sectors.
• Fundamental knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) and fraud prevention patterns.
• Independent analytical skills using spreadsheets.
• Experience with route optimization to increase daily visit volume.
• A good sense of humor
• Intermediate English Level

Clara’s Hybrid Policy

Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.

We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
