A Snapshot

As the Finance Manager (Group Reporting), you will support the Senior Manager, Finance (Group Reporting) in managing the Group’s monthly close, consolidation and year-end audit PBC processes, and statutory reporting obligations across Hong Kong entities.

This is a highly collaborative and technically focused role, combining hands-on consolidation work, month-end reporting, and process improvement to enhance system efficiency and reporting quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Senior Manager in the ownership and maintenance of the Group’s consolidation and financial reporting systems.
• Assist in system setup, data validation, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate consolidation and reporting across entities.
• Coordinate month-end close and group reporting activities, including data collection, review of consolidation adjustments, eliminations, and reconciliations.
• Manage Hong Kong reporting obligations and ensure timely submission of reporting deliverables to Group Finance.
• Assist Senior Manager in organizing the compilation of reporting pack requests from jurisdictional teams, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with Group reporting standards.
• Support the standardization of financial statement templates and reporting disclosures across Group entities and subsidiaries.
• Assist in streamlining key consolidation and reporting processes, identifying areas for efficiency, automation, and improved control.
• Collaborate with Group and jurisdictional teams to ensure alignment of financial data and reporting across systems.
• Provide technical and system support during audit and reporting cycles, ensuring completeness and data integrity within OneSource and Planful.
• Contribute to ongoing finance transformation and process improvement initiatives to strengthen reporting scalability and control.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (CA/CPA or equivalent) with 8-10 years’ experience in group reporting, consolidation, financial control, or audit within multinational or high-growth organizations.
• Strong technical understanding of IFRS, foreign currency translation, and group consolidation principles
• Experience in accounting analysis and application of accounting standards to complex transactions.
• Hands-on experience in month-end close and statutory reporting within multinational or regional environments.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and able to manage tight timelines across multiple entities.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external auditors.
