We are actively seeking an undergraduate 2026 LG Summer Intern to join our LGEUS Planning and Financial Teams (CFO).

Our Financial Planning Internship is a 9-week program from June 1st  through July 31st .

The internship will be based in the office (Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM) at the LG North America Innovation Campus (HQ) in Englewood Cliffs, NJ and pay an hourly rate of $25.00.

The LG Internship Program is built on the philosophy of ensuring that each intern is given the opportunity to perform robust and meaningful work while gaining real-world experience.

The program will also include each intern working on an individual strategic project for the department and delivering a presentation at the program’s end.

The main project for the Financial Planning Intern is:

• Support a project focused on improving financial reporting efficiency and data visibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and standardizing financial data into a clear and structured reporting format - preparing monthly forecasts and analyzing differences between actual and forecasting data
• Support simple automation efforts to reduce manual work
• Analyze historical data to identify trends and improve forecast accuracy
• Identify areas for process improvement and suggesting practical ideas
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support ad-hoc analysis as needed

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program at an accredited College/University.
• Rising Sophomore, Rising Junior in a Finance, Accounting, or Business Analytics major is preferred
• Bilingual in Korean and English is a plus
• Familiarity with tools such as Power Bl is a plus
• Basic skills in quantitative data analysis and be proficient in using Excel for creating charts and infographics
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google,  Teams, and AI-based drawing tools is required for visualizing ideas
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for customer observation, the ability to extract meaningful insights, and strong communication skills are essential qualities
• Strong communication skills, outgoing personality

$25—$28 USD
