What We Are Looking for

The Financial Systems Fall Intern (June - August) will learn how our Financial team functions. This intern is familiar with and has experience with platforms such as NetSuite, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Assist Financial Systems team with Finance Transformation projects and Process Improvement initiatives
• Assist in preparing process documentation, building reporting templates, and developing system automation to support the finance transformation initiative
• Collaborate cross functionally with Accounting, Finance, IT, and other project stakeholders to streamline workflows, contributing to ongoing transformation goals
• Work with internal teams on ad-hoc system issues, designing, developing, and implementing solutions for end users

Must Haves

• Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student
• Able to work up to 20 hours per week
• Able to work onsite for 2 - 3 days in our NYC office
• Major in finance, accounting, information systems or related field
• Strong writing, communication, and project management skills
• Familiarity with platforms such as NetSuite, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
• Solution oriented mindset with strong aptitude for problem solving
• Ability and willingness to learn

Primary Location Salary Range:

The hourly rate for an undergraduate student intern in New York, NY, is $18

The hourly rate for a graduate student intern in New York, NY, is $22
