Your Role with KICK

Partnering closely with the KICK Finance Business Partner, you will provide the financial rigor needed to support our global disruption. You’ll be the engine room for performance across our core streaming operations.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to keep operations lean.
• Build models to evaluate ROI, creator partnerships and user engagement.
• Produce monthly reporting packs that provide stakeholders with clear, actionable intelligence.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Creative and Legal to evaluate new commercial opportunities.
• Maintain and optimise reporting tools and dashboards to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a motivated, early-career professional ready to make an impact on a platform used by millions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-3 years in FP&A, management accounting, or audit.
• Progress toward a CA or CPA qualification (preferred).
• Advanced Excel capabilities and comfort with complex financial modeling.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a disruptive environment
