WHAT YOU'LL DO...

As a Fullstack Engineer, your technical knowledge and autonomy will let you build complete designs for our applications and features.

Your responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing intuitive user interfaces to collect and review information.
• Leveraging AI-assisted and agentic coding workflows to design, implement, test, and debug features faster and to deliver clean, robust, secure and maintainable code
• Experimenting with and contributing to the adoption of AI-native development practices within the teamBuilding and maintaining robust APIs that automate decision-making processes.
• Actively participating in releases, deployments, and monitoring of solutions in production.
• Contributing to technical migrations, modernization efforts, and architectural improvements as our platforms evolve.

Performance, scalability and quality are key challenges to solve in order to deliver and review code. You are part of a team and collaborate with your teammates (software engineers, data scientists, QA, UX, product managers) to constantly receive and give feedback and improve the agile development process.

We work with modern technologies and always encourage our team to explore what’s new in the market. Our main tools are:

• Backend: C#/.NET, ASP.NET (.NET 8+), Python, FastAPI, Azure Functions
• Frontend: Typescript, React/Redux/ESNext/LESS, vite, cypress
• Data: SQL, ElasticSearch, CosmosDB
• IDE of your choice: VS Code, Visual Studio, Rider
• Source control: Git / GitHub
• Bonus: GitHub Copilot, GitHub Actions, .NET Aspire

WHAT YOU BRING...

• At least 3 years of experience in software development
• You are a true Fullstack: Frontend is part of your job, as much as Backend!

+ Frontend wise, you have solid ReactJS skills - it's a MUST!

+ You have some good Backend experience as well - any OOP language works; we work with C# and Python

• You are comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools as part of your daily workflow, and you know how to effectively guide and review AI-generated code
• Your projects are beautifully designed and cleanly written
• You are dynamic, curious and eager to learn, always looking to expand your fields of expertise
• You are proactive and take ownership of your work
• You want your work to have an impact: rather than a cog, you see yourself as the engine
• Fluency in English

Recruitment Process

• 30-minute video interview with our Talent Acquisition Specialist
• 2x 1-hour technical interviews, one with a Backend dev and one with a Frontend dev
• 1-hour final interview with the Hiring Manager
