Vous êtes enthousiaste, dynamique et prêt(e) à offrir des moments mémorables à nos participants ? Rejoignez l’équipe SENSAS et faites partie d’une aventure incroyable ! Dès 2025, nous ouvrons notre nouveau centre à Bruxelles, et nous cherchons un(e) Animateur(trice) de site pour assurer une expérience sensorielle inoubliable.

Vos missions :

• Accueillir et guider les équipes de manière joyeuse et chaleureuse tout au long de l’expérience.
• Animer et expliquer le jeu avec aisance, en veillant à créer une atmosphère immersive et conviviale.
• Accompagner les participants dans leurs missions et capturer des souvenirs avec des photos.
• Veiller à la propreté et à l'entretien des locaux, garantissant un environnement accueillant.
• Gérer les réseaux sociaux et participer à l’animation de notre communauté en ligne.
• Encaisser et fidéliser les clients en créant une expérience client optimale.
• Sensibiliser les clients à l'importance de leurs avis sur les réseaux sociaux.
• Encadrer un(e) stagiaire, en lui offrant un apprentissage enrichissant.
• Rendre compte de votre action à votre responsable et contribuer à l’amélioration continue.

Les horaires :

• Le centre est ouvert 7 jours sur 7, de 9h à 23h, avec des horaires flexibles (soirées, week-ends, jours fériés et vacances scolaires).

Votre profil :

• Dynamique, motivé(e) et fiable, vous avez une capacité d’adaptation aux différents profils de clientèle.
• Excellente aisance relationnelle, vous aimez créer une connexion authentique avec les participants.
• Capacité à accepter les retours, vous ajustez votre comportement pour offrir la meilleure expérience.
• Vous êtes autonome et capable de travailler en équipe.
• La maîtrise de l'anglais et du flamand est un gros plus

Les conditions :

• Type de contrat : Freelance, 38 heures par semaine ou flexible (weekends par exemple)
• Lieu : Ixelles, Bruxelles.
• Rémunération : Horaire + prise en charge de 50% des frais de transport les jours de travail.
