We are actively seeking an undergraduate 2026 LG Summer Intern to join our CFO - Regional Procurement Team.

Our General Procurement Internship is a 9-week program from June 1st  through July 31st .

The internship will be based in the office (Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM) at the LG North America Innovation Campus (HQ) in Englewood Cliffs, NJ and pay an hourly rate of $25.00.

The LG Internship Program is built on the philosophy of ensuring that each intern is given the opportunity to perform robust and meaningful work while gaining real-world experience.

The program will also include each intern working on an individual strategic project for the department and delivering a presentation at the program’s end.

The main project for the General Procurement Intern is:

• Support the Back Office operations of the General Procurement Team, to increase the bandwidth of the GP Buyers group to concentrate on procurement strategy.

Responsibilities

• To support the daily operations of the General Procurement Team
• Supplier Pitch Process Support - to support bidding process (RFP presentations, price leveling meetings)
• GP document management: updating policy, manuals and SOP
• Data management: to update and review the cost database, MSA & NDA filing/updating

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program at an accredited College/University.
• Rising Sophomore, Rising Junior in a business, data, or analytics related major is preferred
• Bilingual in Korean (reading and writing) is a plus
• Basic skills in quantitative data analysis and be proficient in using Excel for creating charts and infographics
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google,  Teams, and AI-based drawing tools is required for visualizing ideas
• Demonstrates a strong interest in diverse generations and cultures, particularly related to food lifestyles in both the U.S. and Korea
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for customer observation, the ability to extract meaningful insights, and strong communication skills are essential qualities
• Mindset grounded in design thinking and the ability to approach and solve problems creatively
• Strong communication skills, outgoing personality
