As Graphic Designer, you will bring our brand to life through thoughtful, high-quality visual design across digital, print, and presentation formats. This role supports a wide range of creative needs—from marketing campaigns and social content to internal communications and branded assets—while ensuring consistency, clarity, and craft across all touchpoints.

You’ll collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and cross-functional partners to translate ideas into compelling visuals that align with brand standards and business goals.

This role plays a key part in how the brand shows up every day. Your work will directly shape how audiences experience and recognize the brand across channels. You’ll help maintain visual excellence while supporting speed and scalability in a growing organization.

Here’s what we’re looking for…

Visual Design & Execution:Design high-quality visual assets across digital, print, and presentation formats, including marketing campaigns, social media, web assets, sales materials, and internal communications.

Brand Consistency:

Apply and uphold brand guidelines across all deliverables; ensure visual consistency, quality, and attention to detail across channels.

Creative Collaboration:

Partner with Creative Directors, Project Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand briefs, interpret feedback, and deliver solutions that meet objectives and timelines.

Presentation & Layout Design:

Design and refine presentations and templates that clearly communicate complex ideas in visually engaging ways.

Production & Asset Management:

Prepare final files for production and distribution; organize and maintain design files and assets according to established processes.

Continuous Improvement:Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices; contribute ideas that elevate creative output and improve workflows.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

• 2-4+ years of professional graphic design experience.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design across digital, print, and presentation formats.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Keynote.

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and incorporate feedback effectively.

Here’s what will give you an edge…

• Experience working in a B2B, SaaS, or technology environment.

• Experience designing for marketing campaigns and brand systems.

• Familiarity with motion, video, or basic animation tools.

• Experience working with established brand guidelines at scale.

• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in fast-paced, evolving teams.
