Job Description:
As the first dedicated partnerships hire, you will scale Nero’s creator network beyond its 600K MAU. Working directly with the CEO, you will bridge the gap between music industry relationships and operational rigor, building scalable outreach systems that empower artists to monetize fan engagement through livestreaming and direct creator access.
Location: San Francisco or Los Angeles, USA (Remote)

- Build deep institutional relationships with record labels, talent agencies, and media platforms to secure Nero’s position as the premier monetization layer for artists.
The ideal candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in music tech or the creator economy with a ""warm rolodex"" of artists, producers, and industry executives.
- Proven ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment, ideally with founder experience or a background in early-stage ventures.
- Highly proficient in modern sales and automation stacks, including Notion, Apollo.io, and AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to optimize daily execution.
