🔥 Head of Brand (Relocation to Cyprus)

📍 Limassol, Cyprus (relocation supported)

We’re looking for a strong Head of Brand to join a fast-growing international B2C product with a focus on mobile growth and global markets.

Our marketing team is 70+ people, and this role reports directly to the CMO with a real impact on key business decisions.

👉 We are also open to considering strong Senior-level candidates ready to step into a Head role.

🚀 What you’ll do:

— Build and drive a unified brand communication strategy

— Align product and marketing for consistent messaging

— Lead SMM, ORM, CRM, and Content направления

— Build and scale the communication function from scratch

— Develop multi-brand strategy across markets

— Launch high-impact campaigns for mobile growth

— Collaborate with cross-functional teams

— Work closely with product and growth teams

— Take a hands-on role in key initiatives

— Drive data-informed decisions together with analytics

🎯 What we’re looking for:

— 3+ years in Brand / Growth / Marketing roles

— Team management experience (or readiness to step into leadership)

— Strong understanding of mobile growth & performance + brand synergy

— Experience in complex industries (fintech, pharma, etc.)

— English B2+

— Strong analytical mindset

— Agency background is a plus
