About the Role

We're looking for an Intern - Social Media Analytics, who is genuinely curious about what drives performance on social media - someone who gets excited by numbers and understands the culture behind the content.

As an Intern - Social Media Analytics, you will support the team in analysing social media performance, building report ready datasets, and surfacing any actionable insights and early signals across brands. You'll get hands-on experience working on some of the most exciting brands in the game, like Spotify and Meta AI.

A day in the life of an Intern - Social Media Analytics

• Pull, organise, and maintain data across platforms like Instagram and YouTube, as well as social listening tools
• Contribute to performance reports and listening decks that go directly to clients
• Compare posts to identify patterns across content format, topic, creator type, and more
• Monitor emerging social and cultural trends relevant to brand categories

What does success look like

• Accurate and well maintained data trackers
• Timely contribution to reports and decks
• Ability to spot and flag early performance trends, patterns, or anomalies
• Strong consistency in reporting outputs and data hygiene

Qualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communication, data analytics, media, or related fields
• Strong interest in social media and digital culture - you know what’s trending before it hits the explore page
• Good attention to detail and a quick learner who’s open to feedback and growth
• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and building visual first decks on Google slides
• Familiarity with social media analytics or listening tools is a plus
