The Jr. Asset Manager will partner with project management, studio, & brand departments to ensure project organization and asset management.
The Jr. AM will work with the brand and creative departments to help organize specs and identify potential asset-related problems throughout the project lifecycle. More specifically, the Jr. AM will manage the creative QA & Traffic process, ensuring flawless final deliveries for all projects.
This person is someone who respects and implements process but more importantly, knows when it’s appropriate to be flexible.
The Jr. AM will be hyper-focused and extremely organized and detail oriented.
Process builder - They can follow an organizational process, and if necessary, adapt it to fit specific client or team needs. They enjoy details, folder structures, and massive google sheets.
Asset expert - They understand file specifications. They don’t have to be a designer or an editor, but they should be able to discuss files and creative needs with designers, animators or editors for any project.
Technical translator - They are comfortable reading a spec sheet, or would be comfortable enough to ask the right questions. They can pass along details to a creative team in a way that’s easy to understand.
QA Perfectionist - They have experience cross checking the specs and quality of creative files before a project is finalized and delivered, or they’re detail-oriented enough to quickly become a natural at it.
- 1 or more years of agency or similar job experience
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Strong interpersonal skills to help strengthen team relationships
- Experience managing complex projects with stellar attention to detail
- Must be a thoughtful, critical thinker & strong listener to help understand team priorities
- Familiar with lower, mid and upper funnel creative process (performance marketing to 360 campaigns)
- Work comfortably and have an understanding of media formats across a range of channels, platforms and deliverables including social, digital, OOH, email, and web. The majority of deliverables will span social creative, web design, and digital video/display.
- Solution-oriented
- Comfortable using Zoom and collaborating with team members both remotely & in person
- Client-facing experience a plus
- Post-production / Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus
